Wednesday morning online
With an earlier start to the day we begin with routines that loosen, stretch and strengthen.
We then move into a Qigong form.​

We explore and develop forms that help calm and anchor the mind as we work with a sense of our own energy.
We may pause within the Qigong forms to meditate in standing meditation postures. This develops the ability to release tension in order to connect and deepen the work of the forms.
